Shipping and Return Policy
How long before I get my order??
PREPARING YOUR ORDER:
The preparation time for your order is approximately 1 to 2 days. (from Monday to Friday)
DELIVERY TIMES:
- Local : 1 or 2 business days
- Quebec : from 1 to 3 business days
- Canada : from 3 to 6 business days
- USA: from 4 to 6 business days
These delays are not guaranteed as weather conditions and mail volumes may affect the delivery of items.
SHIPPING COST:
Shipping is free with a purchase of + $65. (before taxes, everywhere in Canada except for remote areas, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories)
For orders under $65, we offer delivery at fixed prices. (we are paying part of the delivery for you)
- Quebec and Ontario: delivery is offered at a fixed price of $8.99.
- The rest of Canada: delivery is offered at a fixed price of $12.99.
- Remote areas: delivery is offered at a fixed price of $13.99. (Nunavut, Northwest Territory, Yukon)
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. There you will find your tracking number which will allow you to track your package online.
STORE PICK UP:
You can buy online and pick up your order at our workshop! (Monday to Friday)
We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up according to our opening hours.
RETURN POLICY:
We guarantee consumer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is permitted.
An item purchased online can be returned free of charge:
- In person at our Montreal workshop.
- By post by contacting our Customer Service in advance (note that delivery costs are not refundable).
- We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days following purchase.
- The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Reimbursement will be made to the original payment method only.
- Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
